Welcome to our website which shares our plans for 18 Blackfriars Road, in the London Borough of Southwark.
We are proposing to deliver a new mixed-use development of the highest possible quality, including new homes (including a policy-compliant level and mix of affordable housing), affordable workspace and office space, alongside a wide range of flexible leisure, community and retail uses. This will all sit within beautifully crafted buildings and carefully designed public spaces, bringing the vacant site back to life.
We want to make 18 Blackfriars Road a place for people to live, work, visit, and enjoy.
